Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Trifle is a small local business and so we ask you to be 100% sure before making your purchase. For a change of mind, we aren’t able to offer refunds at this stage. We will provide refunds or replacements as required by ACCC. Their website is here
We do really want you to love our stuff, so if you aren’t happy, we will happily offer you a store credit minus the return costs (or you bring back). The window for returns is 14 days. Please reach out via email if you’d like to arrange.

Your privacy is important to us and we will only use your info to send you stuff if you say it’s ok. Stuff like FUTURE UK SHIPMENTS OF DELIGHT and HOT offers for our site. It won’t be more than once a week and more likely monthly. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link on an email you receive from us.
Your number will only be used for talking deliveries/pick ups/return your call etc; just the usual needs for a business when keeping their customers informed.
We do not see/store any of your credit card/billing details and that’s looked after by our site carrier Wix. They do not use/sell your info. They have a much fancier policy plus bulletproof site protection, which you can check out here.
